Josey Scott Live – Ticket Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase, possession, and use of tickets (“Tickets”) for Josey Scott Live in Concert (“Event”), hosted by Jaks Stables LLC (“Organizer”). By purchasing or using a Ticket, you agree to the following:
1. Ticket Purchase and Entry

Each Ticket admits one person to the Josey Scott concert at Motorco Music Hall on October 11, 2025.

Entry is permitted only with a valid Ticket. Tickets obtained through unauthorized sources are void.

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including illness, scheduling conflicts, or inability to attend a rescheduled event.

If the Event is postponed due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, a new date will be announced. Original Tickets will remain valid. No refunds will be issued for inability to attend the rescheduled date.
2. Age Policy

This is an 18+ event.

Attendees under 18 are permitted only if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Valid ID may be required for entry.
3. Prohibited Items and Behavior

No outside alcohol is permitted.

Weapons, illegal substances, fireworks, and other dangerous or disruptive items are strictly prohibited.

Bag checks or security screenings may be conducted upon entry.

Disruptive, intoxicated, or unsafe behavior may result in removal without refund.
4. Photography and Media

No professional photography or video equipment is allowed without prior written permission from the Organizer and venue.

By entering the venue, you consent to being photographed or recorded on standard devices for promotional or archival purposes by the Organizer and its representatives. These materials may be used without additional notice or compensation.
5. Venue and Admission Policies

Entry is subject to venue capacity, safety regulations, and venue-specific policies, which apply in addition to these Terms.

Late arrival may result in delayed or denied entry.

Re-entry is subject to venue policy.
6. Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver
By attending the Event, you acknowledge and agree:

Attendance involves inherent risks, including potential injury, illness, or property damage.

You voluntarily assume all such risks.

You release and hold harmless the Organizer (Jaks Stables LLC), Motorco Music Hall, all affiliated staff, volunteers, contractors, sponsors, and landowners from any claims or liabilities arising from your attendance—except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
7. Code of Conduct
All attendees must behave respectfully toward performers, staff, volunteers, and fellow guests. Harassment, discrimination, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal without refund.
8. Benefiting Nonprofit Disclaimer
Proceeds from this Event are intended to benefit a nonprofit organization. The specific nonprofit recipient is subject to change without prior notice.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of North Carolina.
10. Modifications
These Terms may change at any time. Updates will be posted on the Organizer’s official website, social media platforms, ticketing site, or at the event.
