Barn Bash – Ticket Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase, possession, and use of tickets (“Ticket(s)”) for Barn Bash(“Event”), organized by Jaks Stables LLC (“Organizer”). By purchasing or using a Ticket,
you agree to the following:

1. Ticket Purchase and Entry

Each ticket is valid for one person and grants admission to Barn Bash on the date specified.
Entry is permitted only with a valid ticket. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources are invalid.
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including inability to attend the scheduled or rescheduled (rain date) event.
If the Event is postponed due to weather or other circumstances, a rain date will be set. Original tickets will remain valid. No refunds will be issued for inability to attend the rain date.

2. Prohibited Items and Behavior

Absolutely no alcohol is permitted on the premises.
Weapons, illegal substances, fireworks, and other dangerous or disruptive items are strictly prohibited.
Attendees may be subject to bag checks or security screening upon entry.
Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the event without refund.

3. Venue and Admission Policies

Admission is subject to venue capacity and safety regulations.
Late arrival may result in delayed or denied entry.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult (21+) at all times.

4. Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver By attending the Event, you understand and agree

Participation in the Event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, property damage, or illness.
You voluntarily assume all risks associated with attendance and participation.
You release and hold harmless the Organizer (Jaks Stables LLC), the landowners (Goban Fifer LLC and Jim Moss), and all affiliated staff, volunteers, contractors, and sponsors from any and all claims, demands, losses, damages, or liabilities (including attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to your attendance at the Event, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

5. Photography and Media Consent

By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional or archival purposes by the Organizer or its representatives.
All such media may be used without compensation or additional consent.

6. Code of Conduct

All attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward others, including staff, volunteers, performers, and fellow guests.
Harassment, aggressive behavior, or discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of North Carolina.

8. Modifications

These Terms are subject to change without notice. Updated terms may be posted at the event or on the Organizer’s official website or social media platforms.
